  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tsp. Milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. Cold Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 4 Tbsp Cold Unsalted Butter (for dough)
  • 2 sticks plus 6 Tbsp. Butter (for layering)
  • Chocolate batons or dark chocolate bars (optional)

Instructions
