2 (10.5 ounce) cans French onion soup
2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef consommé
2 cups long grain white rice (uncooked)
¾ cup butter (cut into slices)
Garlic salt to taste
¾ cup water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and season with garlic salt until fully cooked.
In the prepared baking dish, combine uncooked rice, cooked beef, French onion soup, beef consommé, and water; mix well.
