  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 fresh strawberries, halved

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F, prick the dough, line with parchment paper, and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.

  4. Create the pastry cream by simmering milk mixtures, tempering egg yolks, and cooking until thick; chill for 2 hours.
