  • 10 flour tortillas
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • Raspberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp preserves (strawberry or raspberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spray each tortilla with cooking spray and sprinkle both sides generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Stack and cut the tortillas into wedges using a pizza cutter.
  5. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes until crisp.
  6. Chop apples, kiwi, and strawberries; toss them with lemon juice and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
  7. Serve the fruit salsa with warm tortilla chips.
