  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz apple juice
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter (divided)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in shredded cheese.
  3. Create a well in the center and pour in the apple juice; mix until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the melted butter into the prepared pan, add batter, and top with remaining butter.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Brush with garlic butter topping while still warm and cool on a wire rack.
