  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 ¾ cups whole white mushrooms
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
