  • 4 tbsp neutral oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1015 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Lemon wedges
  • potato/corn starch
  • paprika
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine potato/corn starch, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in the shrimp until well coated.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in seasonings and return cooked shrimp to the pan. Coat evenly with the sauce.
