  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  5. Prepare sauce by simmering wine and broth in the skillet until reduced by half; finish with butter.
