  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 3 tbsp fresh sage (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread stale bread cubes on a baking sheet to dry out further if needed.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes with the sautéed vegetables. Mix in beaten eggs and chicken broth until everything is well combined but slightly chunky.
