  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and toss with seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper) and 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp oil. Cook salmon cubes in batches until golden and crispy (4–5 minutes).
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining oil, minced garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; simmer until thickened (3–5 minutes).
  4. Toss cooked salmon gently in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chives.
