  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and 1 tsp black pepper; sauté until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in honey and remaining black pepper; simmer for 2–3 minutes. Toss chicken in the glaze before removing from heat.
  4. In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a gentle simmer over low heat. Gradually whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until melted; season with salt.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and fold in honey pepper chicken.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley; serve hot.
