Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet (skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil; let rest for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining olive oil and sear salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and ginger. Stir until thickened (about 1–2 minutes).
  4. Return salmon to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the glaze.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and transfer the skillet to bake for 8–10 minutes until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with cilantro or parsley and lime wedges if desired.
