  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk until fully combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and add a dollop of peanut butter before covering with more batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
