  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups long grain white rice
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups diced green peppers
  • 1 cup diced yellow onions
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to Saute Less for 7 minutes. Add butter and ground beef, crumbling as it cooks until slightly pink.
  2. Add beef broth and water; mix in salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in rice gently to submerge without stirring.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
  5. Secure the lid and set to Pressure Cook High for 7 minutes.
  6. Perform a quick release; remove the lid carefully.
  7. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
