  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients; chop green onions and grate ginger.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, ginger, garlic, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and soy sauce; mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a tray.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, and sesame oil.
  5. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour sauce over them evenly.
  6. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
