  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, then incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Gently fold in fresh blueberries and pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly; sprinkle this topping evenly over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Allow cooling completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
