  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each side lightly with olive oil.
  2. Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
