  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cardamom, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
