  • 14 ounces canned diced tomatoes (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  2. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
