  • 1/4 cup dairy-free cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the cold butter and add the egg; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared tray to about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. In another bowl, mix chopped nuts, honey, and dairy-free cream; spread evenly over the dough.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into triangles or squares.
