  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine raspberries and ½ cup sugar; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread the raspberry filling evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble over the raspberries.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
