  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 medium jalapeños, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Dice peaches and chop jalapeños. Measure honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  2. In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, chopped jalapeños, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until peaches soften. Blend until smooth and return to pan to thicken slightly.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about six minutes per side. Brush glaze onto chicken during the last two minutes of cooking.
  4. Remove from grill once the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Top with extra glaze before serving.
