  • 2 pounds Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan (for sprinkling)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. In the last 10 minutes of baking, melt butter and brush over the meatloaf; sprinkle additional parmesan on top.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
