  • 1 can white beans (15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 medium red onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered or halved
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
