  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  5. Scoop dough into uniform balls; roll each in granulated sugar followed by powdered sugar.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until just set. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
