  • ¾ cup (75g) powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup (50g) miniature marshmallows
  • 45 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • ½ cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in lime zest, juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. Carefully fold in miniature marshmallows and add food coloring if desired.
  5. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar.
