  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons real bacon bits (divided)
  • 1/4 cup whole whipping cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender and mash it in a mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine mashed cauliflower with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and 3 tablespoons of bacon bits. Mix well.
