  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into uniform florets.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  4. Season the glaze with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cauliflower in the glaze until well coated.
  6. Spread the florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
