Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers (mini or Persian)
  • Roasted peppers
  • Red onion
  • Mixed olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the cherry tomatoes in halves, dice the cucumbers, slice the red onion thinly, and chop the roasted peppers.
