  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream (room temperature)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup Baileys or Irish cream
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys or Irish cream
  • Chocolate sauce for decorating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add salt and Baileys.
