  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, chili flakes, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until sticky.
  2. Incorporate breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions; form into 24 meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; brown meatballs on all sides.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs; cook for two minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken; stir until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
