  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl, combine orange jello with boiling water; whisk until dissolved and set aside to cool.
  2. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold in the cooled jello mixture with the remaining whipped cream; layer into the crust and swirl for a marbled effect.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set before serving.
