Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (flank, sirloin, or ribeye)
  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  2. In the same skillet, bring beef broth to a simmer and add pasta. Cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, barbecue sauce, and honey until well combined.
  4. Return the seared steak to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
