  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk and mix with yeast; let sit until foamy.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth; let rise until doubled.
  4. Mix crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar for the filling.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, and roll tightly into a log.
  6. Cut into 12 pieces; place in a greased baking dish to rise again.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare frosting by mixing softened cream cheese and butter with powdered sugar; drizzle over warm rolls.
