  • 150g guanciale, diced
  • 400g canned peeled tomatoes
  • 50g Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for sautéing

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
