2 ripe pears, diced
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine diced pears, Gorgonzola cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
