  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or baby kale)
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 23 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. In the same pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, about 4–5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice cooked chicken into strips. On each tortilla, spread pesto sauce, then layer salad greens, sliced avocado, chicken strips, turkey bacon, and cherry tomatoes if desired.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings. Cut in half if preferred before serving.
