  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls or brioche)
  • 1.5 lbs thinly sliced ham
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and pickle seasoning.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with some of the garlic pickle butter.
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  5. Mix mayo and Dijon mustard; spread on top halves of the rolls.
  6. Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom halves; cover with top halves.
  7. Brush remaining garlic pickle butter over the tops and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
