  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.
  3. Add pineapple and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in jasmine rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
