  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • 1 English cucumber (or 4 Persian cucumbers)
  • 5 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp Tamari (low sodium)
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 23 tsp maple syrup
  • Fresh basil leaves and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steam the frozen dumplings according to package instructions. Transfer them to a large bowl and toss with sesame oil or water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Tamari, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup. Pour over the warm dumplings.
