  • 5 cups water
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (¼-inch thick) and cut it into 15 strips.
