  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 100 g Nutella (around half a jar)
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 80 g Mini Eggs (for decoration)
  • 12 tsp Chocolate Icing or additional Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6, or 180°F fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet and spread Nutella over one half, leaving the other half bare.
  3. Fold the pastry like a book and slice into strips about 1.5 cm wide.
  4. Twist each strip several times and shape them into spirals on the baking tray.
  5. Brush each nest with egg wash and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, decorate with chocolate icing and mini eggs.
