  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. vanilla paste
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Extra flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine quinoa puffs, peanut butter, hemp seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, vanilla paste, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan to create an even layer.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the puffed quinoa base and spread it evenly.
