  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • Chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and mix in the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. If desired, add food coloring to enhance appearance.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, spread evenly, and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  4. Once chilled, roll portions into small balls using buttered hands.
  5. Roll each truffle in granulated sugar until well coated.
  6. Decorate with chocolate chips resembling stems and serve or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
