  • 2 (7 oz) packs cooked or frozen udon noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef against the grain and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry.
