  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • Fresh ginger and garlic

  1. Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with ½ cup of water; set aside.
  2. Dice chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and coat well with cornstarch in a large bowl.
