  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes (packed in juice)
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
