  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the pears; cut each in half lengthwise and remove the core.
