  • 4 tbsp Kewpie mayo

  • 2 tbsp scallions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Mix this into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. Transfer the rice to a lined baking pan, pressing it down evenly. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
