  • 1 lemon (quartered)
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 red onion (finely minced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
